Teams and Roles

Decimake uses a hierarchical role system to manage permissions at scale.

Role Hierarchy

Everything in Decimake starts with a Team.

• Owners: Full administrative control over billing and team-wide settings.
• Ranks (zIndex): Roles have an associated rank. Users with higher-ranked roles can manage members with lower ranks.

Permissions

Permissions are granular, covering:

• Team Management: Billing, Member invites, and Role creation.
• Space Access: Ability to create or manage spaces.
• Page Operations: Reading, writing, and deleting documentation.
