Welcome to Decimake

Decimake is a decision-first collaboration platform. Teams use it to propose changes, discuss reasoning, approve outcomes, and keep a permanent record of why something was decided—not just what was decided.

Unlike a traditional wiki where pages accumulate and context gets lost, Decimake organises work around Decisions with a clear lifecycle: draft → proposed → approved or rejected → implemented.

What you can do in Decimake

  • Run structured decision workflows with status, assignees, deadlines, and tags.
  • Organise work in Teams → Spaces → Pages → Decisions.
  • Collaborate in real time on decision threads, comments, and chat.
  • Control access with team roles, rank hierarchy, and (on Pro+) per-space and per-page permission overrides.
  • Scale billing from Free through Pro, Business, and Enterprise—with Stripe checkout, invoices, and optional SAML SSO.

The organisational hierarchy

Everything lives inside a Team (your workspace and billing unit):

  1. Team — members, roles, billing, SSO, audit (Enterprise).
  2. Space — a topic or department bucket (e.g. Engineering, Product).
  3. Page — a decision log within a space (e.g. “Q2 roadmap”, “Architecture”).
  4. Decision — a single proposal with title, description, reasoning, status, and discussion.

Who Decimake is for

  • Product and engineering teams tracking technical choices.
  • Leadership groups that need approval trails.
  • Organisations that want guest-readable public teams without giving edit access to everyone.
