A per-person timeline of decision involvement, plus a team-wide view of who’s overloaded.

Your own view

By default you see your own Gantt chart: one bar per decision you’re involved in via any involvement position, spanning from when it was created to when it was implemented/rejected, its deadline, or “now” if it’s still open. Bars are colour-coded by status, with a legend and a plain-list table view alongside the chart.

Viewing teammates (View Tasks)

Holders of the View Tasks permission (or Manage Team / Owner) get a member switcher to load anyone’s chart, plus a Team Workload panel showing:

• Each person’s count of currently open (not yet resolved) decisions
• Who’s flagged overburdened—more than 5 concurrent open decisions, a fixed threshold
• A short recommendation per overburdened person, listing their open decisions by nearest deadline

This is a deterministic count-based heuristic, not a machine-learning prediction.

Assigning View Tasks

Grant it like any other permission bit: Team Settings → Roles, in the same permission group as the other team-wide bits. See Permissions Reference.
