Comments

Each decision has a discussion thread on the detail page.

• Threaded replies — reply to a specific comment
• Edit — authors may edit their own comments (with Page Comment permission)
• Delete — author, or users with Manage Comments, or Owner
• Likes — toggle appreciation on a comment
• Mentions — @username triggers inbox notifications

Requires: Page Comment to post.

Real-time chat

Separate from the comment thread, decisions may include a chat panel for fast coordination (text; voice/video message types supported by the backend).

Requires: Page Read to view and participate.

Attachments

Upload files on:

• Decision create/edit (draft stage primarily)
• Comments (when permitted)

Requires: Upload Files permission.

Export (Pro+)

From the page toolbar, export decisions to JSON, CSV, XLSX, or PDF including lifecycle metadata for compliance or offline review.

Notifications

Activity generates inbox items:

• Mention — someone @mentioned you
• Comment — new discussion activity
• Approval — status changes you follow
• Update — general decision updates

Subscribe at space or page level for broader feeds. Open Inbox (/teams/:teamId/_inbox/) to mark read/unread.
