Data Export & Backup

Route: /teams/:teamId/_data/ — sidebar Data (members; Pro+)

Two independent export paths: a point-in-time report for reading, and a versioned backup for restoring.

Scoped reports

Export decisions from the whole team, a single space, or a single page, in JSON, CSV, XLSX, or PDF, optionally filtered by date range. Reports group assignees by involvement position (e.g. “Responsible: Alice, Bob”) rather than a flat list, and include a signatures summary where any exist.

Full team backup

Downloads a single versioned JSON file containing spaces, pages, decisions, tags, roles, and permission overrides—plus every involvement configuration, position, filter, decision position assignment, and signature. Comments are not included; attachment files are re-linked on import only if the original file still exists in storage.

Importing

Upload a previously exported JSON file on the same screen. Decimake previews counts—spaces, pages, decisions, roles, involvement configurations—before you confirm. Matching-named roles and involvement configurations are reused rather than duplicated; new spaces, pages, decisions, position assignments, and signatures are created underneath them.
