Open the form
Route: /teams/:teamId/:spaceSlug/:pageSlug/_new/
- Click Decision on the page list
- Shortcut ⌘⇧C / Ctrl⇧C
Requires: Write Pages (or Owner).

Save options
Save as Draft
- Status: Draft
- Visible to you and users with management powers
- Fully editable
- Use while iterating before team review
Publish Decision
- Status: Proposed
- Team can see and discuss (and gets a Slack notification if the page has a connected channel)
- Sets finalized timestamp and author
- Content becomes frozen for non-managers (see below)
- Blocked if any involvement position is under its minimum assignee count
Editing later
Route: …/:decisionId/_edit/
- Draft: authors with Page Write can edit all fields, involvement assignments, and attachments.
- Published (non-draft): banner explains content is frozen; only status changes (directly, or via signatures) are allowed for authorized users. Involvement position assignments can still be changed by whoever holds Manage Positions on that position.
- Shortcut ⌘⌥C / Ctrl⌥C when viewing a decision you can edit.
Attachments & encryption
Files upload to team storage. End-to-end encryption features apply per plan (see pricing). Uploads count toward team storage quota and max file size per plan.
