Team Settings

Route: /teams/:teamId/_settings/

Open via team menu → Settings, command palette, or ⌘⌥T / Ctrl⌥T.

Tabs appear based on your permissions. If you lack access, you are redirected to the team overview.

Overview

Requires: Manage Team

  • Team name
  • Avatar — upload or remove
  • Visibility
    • Private — only invited members see the team
    • Public — anyone with the link can use guest preview
  • Storage quota — used vs limit; link to Change Plan to increase
  • Save Changes / Discard

Roles

Requires: Manage Team

  • View all roles sorted by rank (zIndex)
  • Create New Role — name, colour, permission toggles
  • Edit role permissions in three groups (see Permissions Reference)
  • Owner role: only colour editable; permissions cannot be restricted
  • Lowest rank role is the default for new members
  • Drag to reorder hierarchy (cannot outrank yourself)

Members

Requires: Manage Members

  • Search members
  • Change role via dropdown (respects rank—you cannot assign a role above your own)
  • Kick member — confirmation required; cannot kick Owner or yourself

Invites

Requires: Manage Members

  • Occupied slots meter (active + pending vs plan limit)
  • Send email invite
  • View pending invites — inviter, expiry, Revoke Invite
  • Security notes: 7-day validity, default role on join

Billing

Requires: Manage Billing

  • Billing profile card — edit type, country, legal name, VAT
  • Change Plan button
  • Manage Subscription — Stripe customer portal (payment methods, cancellation)
  • Invoice list — status (Paid, Open, …), View Invoice, Download PDF

SSO

Requires: Manage Team; Business+ plan

  • Service Provider metadata (ACS URL, Entity ID)
  • IdP fields: entry point, issuer, certificate, optional email domain for JIT provisioning
  • Enable SSO Authentication and save

Free/Pro teams see an upgrade call-to-action instead.

Delete Team

Owner only

  • Irreversible deletion of all spaces, pages, decisions, and files
  • Confirmation dialog required
