Enterprise

Enterprise is for organisations needing custom scale, audit compliance, SSO, and negotiated contracts.

How to request

  1. Create Team flow — select Enterprise, enter estimated seats + billing profile → Request sends email to sales.
  2. Change Plan — select Enterprise card → Request Enterprise
  3. Contact page (/contact) for general sales

A team created as Enterprise may stay on Free until operations activates the contract (awaitingConfirmation — may be hidden from team list until approved).

Custom offers

Sales can issue a PDF price quotation and Stripe checkout link with:

  • Custom price and billing interval (days)
  • Negotiated seat count or unlimited
  • Custom storage quota or unlimited

Acceptance via checkout activates Enterprise plan metadata on the team.

Enterprise-only features

  • Audit Log API and UI — last 50 events with actor, action, entity, IP; filterable
  • Unlimited or custom storage/file limits
  • SLA and dedicated support (per contract)
  • API access (per contract)

Business features (SSO, higher limits) are also included.

Audit log

Route: /teams/:teamId/_audit/

Sidebar shows ENT badge if not on Enterprise (upgrade prompt).

Logs include: member changes, invites, role updates, plan changes, permission overrides, decision status changes, and more.

Downgrade

When a custom subscription term ends, teams may auto-revert to Free unless renewed—watch billing communications from your account manager.
